Refund policy

We guarantee your plants will grow. If for any reason your plant fails to grow we will supply another plant of the same variety. We will require a photo of the plant prior to replacement. This guarantee excludes plants that have been neglected for any reason eg. not watered. All hop varieties look similar. Our plants are guaranteed as true to stated variety. Most varieties will crop in year one and have a full crop in year three.
